Dr. Jay H. Ross is the director of the Palm Harbor Plastic Surgery Centre. Dr. Ross was born in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up and was trained in the art. And science of Plastic Surgery in Michigan. He moved to Palm Harbor and has been in Pinellas County since 1991 serving his patients.
