Dr. Javid Saifi, a graduate of Rutgers University, received his medical degree at New Jersey Medical School. He performed his internship in Internal Medicine at Brockon VA Medical Center. Dr. Saifi performed his residency in General and Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Albany Medical Center. He also completed one year as a research fellow in Vascular Surgery at the Albany VA Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Boards of Surgery and Thoracic Surgery. He is a member of The Society of Thoracic Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Chest Physicians.
