Dr James Zaremba holds a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine ( D.P.M.) degree and is a physician and surgeon of the foot and ankle. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and specializes in reconstructive foot surgery. Dr Zaremba is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he majored in pre-professional studies, and participated on the varsity soccer team. He went to podiatric medical school in Chicago and he graduated from the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Upon graduating from podiatric medical school, Dr Zaremba returned to South Bend IN, where he completed his surgical training at Michiana Community Hospital. Upon completion of his residency in adult and pediatric reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, Dr Zaremba practiced in Elkhart IN prior to moving to South Carolina in 1997. Dr Zaremba is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He has staff privileges at several local facilities for outpatient surgery. While he is not working, Dr Zaremba enjoys boating and the occasional round of bad golf. No longer playing soccer, Dr Zaremba is still a fan and also enjoys college football in the fall.
