James Goldfarb, MD, MBA, is the Director of Infertility Services at the Cleveland Clinic Health Systems. He is also a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Goldfarb earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio and his master's degree in business administration from CWRU Weatherhead School of Management. On a national level, Dr. Goldfarb is serving a two-year term as Clinical Director of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART). In 2007, he was also elected Vice President of SART, thus being in line to be President in 2009. SART is the professional group that provides leadership to the country's in-vitro fertilization services. Dr. Goldfarb has been a pioneer in the infertility field for more than 25 years.
