I was born in 1961 and raised on Long Island, (Deer Park and Dix Hills), and got my B.S. in Chemistry from State University of New York at Stony Brook with Magna Cum Laude honors, and Phi Beta Kappa membership. I earned my Medical Degree from New York Medical College, and did an internship at a Yale University affiliate in Greenwich, CT. I then served the US Navy as an Aviation Medical Officer in El Centro, CA, and as a General Medical Officer at Camp LeJeune, NC. I worked for 1 year as an Emergency Room physician in Westchester, NY, and then completed a double residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA from 1991 - 1995.
After getting tired of cold winters I moved to Florida in 1995 and have been practicing the same kind of medicine in the same building since. I have lived with the same woman since 2003, and enjoy traveling, playing music with friends, playing a competitive game of ping pong or billiards, photography, and spending time with family.
