Holman Chan, M.D. joined Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in 2013. Dr. Chan specializes in lower extremity disorders, including traumatic and acquired deformities of the foot and ankle. Dr. Chan holds expertise in arthroscopic procedures of the lower extremities and surgery in general orthopedics. Holman Chan, M.D. was born in Vancouver, Canada. He received a Bachelor of Science in 2002 from The University of British Columbia, Vancouver. Dr. Chan attended The University of Alberta, Edmonton where he received a Doctor in Medicine in 2006. Dr. Chan completed his Surgical Internship and Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at The University of Alberta, Edmonton in 2011 holding the distinction of Chief Resident, Orthopaedic Surgery. In 2011, under John Gorczyca, M.D., Dr. Chan completed an Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. He then completed a second fellowship under Steven Weinfeld, M.D. in Foot and Ankle at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York City, NY.
