Dr. Stiefel was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a Baylor University graduate. He graduated from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, in 1978. Dr. Stiefel is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Stiefel has been in practice in Arlington since 1983 where he specializes in General Surgery including surgery of the intestines, liver and cancers and tumors of the breast and skin. Dr. Stiefel performs surgery at Arlington Memorial Hospital and USMD Hospital at Arlington. His nurse and surgical assistant is Shannon White, RNFA. Dr. Stiefel is married and has one child.
