Gustavo Rincon, MD, is a Staff Cardiologist in the Robert and Suzanne Tomsich Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Section of Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation Medicine. He is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He specializes in cardiac catheterization and angiography, clinical cardiology, clinical pharmacology in cardiac failure and cardiac transplantation. Dr. Rincon is a native of Colombia, South America. He attended the National University in Bogota, Colombia, where he received his medical degree. He completed internships at Palmira Hospital in Valle, Colombia, and at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Conn. His clinical training residencies were taken at National University Hospital in Bogota in pathology, at A.
