Dr. Bailey is Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. The Microsurgery and Brain Research Institute, P.C. is founded on the premise of providing excellence in the clinical research, and teaching aspects of microneurosurgery, with particular emphasis always towards excellence in patient care.
