Dr. Sinner is Board Certified in Psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He has practiced in various settings over his career including 5 years in inpatient settings in Vermont, where he also served as Medical Director for a state hospital psychiatric unit and taught medical students, followed by 5 years in an outpatient community mental health center in Pennsylvania before beginning his telepsychiatry practice serving individuals in Pennsylvania, Florida and New York.
He has more than 14 years of experience providing patients with compassionate psychiatric care treating patients with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, ADHD, neuropsychiatric disorders, developmental disorders and personality disorders. He uses pharmacotherapy along with cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive therapy as needed.
