Gennadiy A. Katsevman, MD
Dr. Katsevman “Dr. K” was born in Ukraine and grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his undergraduate and medical degree from Loyola University in Chicago, where he graduated with Honors in Bioethics & Professionalism. He completed neurosurgery residency at West Virginia University followed by fellowship training in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
During his childhood, his family vacationed in Florida, and he realized that Chicago winters were not for him. He joined Neuroscience and Spine Associates (NASA) in Naples, Florida in 2022, and was awarded "Top Doctor in Naples” in 2024 in the field of Neurosurgery.
Throughout his training, he has participated in clinical research, publishing over 30 peer-reviewed papers. His specialty interests include minimally invasive techniques, motion preservation (non-fusion) surgery, and robotics/navigation technology, all with the goal of returning patients back to doing things they love and living the lifestyles they desire.
