He treats pediatric liver transplant patients and both pediatric and adult intestinal transplant patients. His approach is multidisciplinary, focusing on the patient as a whole to ensure the best outcomes. His expertise includes pediatric liver failure, liver transplantation (split liver, living donor, Domino), and intestinal failure, rehabilitation, and transplantation. He founded Latin America's first comprehensive intestinal failure program and previously led General Surgery and Transplantation at Fundacion Favaloro in Buenos Aires.
