Dr. Stromeyer attended medical school at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He completed his Residency Program in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. He has special expertise training in Hepatic Pathology, three years at Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, and additional training in Gastrointestinal Pathology with Dr. Rodger Haggitt during residency program. Dr. Stromeyer is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. Dr. Stromeyer has over twenty-nine years of practice, including two years of teaching at LSU Medical Center. He is also the Director of Laboratory at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center for Fifteen years.
