I have cared for patients in the Green Bay area for more than 25 years and have served as medical director at several area nursing homes. I have also served as a staff physician for the Student Health Center at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Patients can come prepared for their appointment by bringing in all the medications they are taking as well as Power of Attorney health documents.
