While most gynecologists still perform open procedures, among advanced laparoscopic surgeons, many cases are performed minimally invasively with smaller incisions, less postoperative infections, less discomfort and a faster recovery. As a highly skilled laparoscopic surgeon, Dr. Felluca is also leading the way for gynecologic robotic cases at Reston Hospital and is up for the challenge of providing the latest in minimally invasive procedures for her patients so that they can get back to living their lives.
