Brief Intro

Welcome to Range of Motion Chiropractic: Empowering Your Health and Movement

At Range of Motion Chiropractic, the mission is to empower clients through education, tailored treatment, and targeted functional restoration, revolutionizing how they move and thrive. The practice is dedicated to providing the active community with top-quality healthcare, transforming lives through holistic and effective care while inspiring a culture that champions health and wellness.

Comprehensive Care Approach

Range of Motion Chiropractic employs a synergistic approach that includes three distinct components to keep patients healthy and active:

  • Evaluate: The journey begins with a thorough evaluation, where the team treats the body as a whole to identify the root cause of issues rather than just addressing symptoms. This phase includes a detailed medical history and physical examination, incorporating range of motion assessments, neurological, muscular, and orthopedic tests. This comprehensive assessment allows the team to design a personalized care plan tailored to each patient's lifestyle goals.
  • Alleviate: In the alleviation phase, the focus is on reducing muscle tension and increasing joint range of motion. Techniques such as soft tissue therapy (manual therapy/massage), chiropractic adjustments, stretching, and muscle activation are utilized in various combinations throughout the treatment plan as the body adapts to care.
  • Activate: During the activation phase, patients are guided through corrective exercises aimed at strengthening and stabilizing the injured area. This proactive approach helps speed up recovery, minimize the risk of re-injury, and teaches patients how to manage and prevent future injuries. The process begins with a Functional Performance Screen to analyze posture and movement patterns, identifying areas for improvement before they lead to significant issues. This information is then used to create a tailored exercise program that includes body weight, free weights, and machine weights to help patients achieve their desired health and fitness goals.
