Dr. EMMA OSHAGAN, PhD is a LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTDr. Emma Oshagan has more than 25 years of experience working in clinical practice working with children, adults, the elderly, and the chronically ill in different settings such as hospitals, schools and mental health agencies. Dr. Oshagan graduated from the American University of Beirut with Master’s degree in Psychology. In 1975, she came to the U.S. as a Fulbight-Hays exchange Scholar to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a Ph.D. in Communications. After obtaining her Ph.D., she went on to teach at universities in the US. In 1989 she went to the California School of Professional Psychology for her second Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
