Dr. Minnard received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University in New Orleans and his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. He completed his fellowship in surgical oncology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Minnard has been practicing medicine since 1998. Dr. Minnard’s expertise is in general surgery.
