Dr. Campbell previously served as Director of the Women's HIV Clinic at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. She is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, Southern Oncology and the North Carolina State and Wake County Medical Societies. She is the author of 11 publications, abstracts and chapters. Dr. Campbell was awarded the NPR Silver Medalist of Excellence for the radio project, "Women and AIDS," as well as special recognition for the WUNC-FM program "Beauticians and Mammography Outreach.
