Dr. Seidmon earned his M.D. at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. He completed residency training in general surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center, N.Y., and urology residency training at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center, N.Y., and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, N.Y. He completed a fellowship in urologic oncology at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Before joining the UMMC faculty, he was a faculty member in the Department of Urologic Surgery at the University of Minnesota after serving two decades at Temple University Hospital.
