Dr. Douglas DeCouto, DDS Dr. DeCouto was born and raised outside of Annapolis, MD. He earned a BS in Physiology-Neurobiology from from the University of Maryland in 2002, and graduated in 2006 from Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He did a General Practice Residency at Christiana Care, and joined Bear-Glasgow Dental in 2007. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.He resides in Newark, where he enjoys riding motorcycles and painting.
