Dr. Donell David Collins II, MD is a graduate of Morehouse School of Medicine and is an Emory University School of Medicine fellowship-trained primary care physician. He specializes in Geriatrics, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, and Chronic Disease Management/Palliative care. He has the distinction of being an Emory Healthcare Network physician.
Dr. Collins currently serves as a Community Medical Director for WellBe Senior Medical. In this role he manages a 14-member interdisciplinary team, comprised of providers, social workers, coders and medical assistants. Dr. Collins leads his team as they seek to provide world-class, in-home, concierge, primary care for select and vulnerable Medicare Advantage patients.
