Dr. Foreman received his B.S., Cum Laude, in Biology from Tulane University, where he was a member of the Biology Honor Society, President of Kappa Sigma fraternity and a member of the Inter-Fraternity Council. He received his MD from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his residency in Otolaryngology and his surgical residency at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngolgy and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Lafayette Parish Medical Society and is a clinical professor at LSU. He has coached numerous youth sports, most recently as head coach of a state champion, nationally recognized, premier soccer team.|Dr. Foreman is one of Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital's Physician Owners.
