Dr. Milder received his medical degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) and his dental degree from the University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry. His postgraduate training includes completion of an internship in general surgery and a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at UMKC/Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. Dr. Milder has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery for over 10 years. He is a member of numerous professional societies including the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the California Medical Association and serves on the board of the San Diego County Dental Society. Dr. Milders personal interests include bicycling and he is a supporting member of the San Diego Bicycle Club.
