Dr. Engel has more than 30 years experience as a primary care physician. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He then completed his internship at St. Raphael’s Hospital/Yale University in New Haven, Conn. and his residency at the VA/Georgetown University Medical Residency Program in Washington, D.C. Dr. Engel is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
