Dr. Waters, holds a doctor of medicine degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Mich. He completed his internship, as well as his residency, at the University of Michigan Hospital, also in Ann Arbor. Dr. Waters then completed his fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Md. He is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Waters is the senior partner of Neurosurgical Specialists, where he has been in private practice since 1986 and treats patients for diseases of the spine, brain and nerves.
