Dr. Felbaum is specialty trained and highly experienced in cerebrovascular, neuroendovascular, and general neurosurgery using both minimally invasive (percutaneous) methods and traditionally invasive operations for neurovascular diseases. Dr. Felbaum received his medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. “My philosophy of care is best defined as embodying the motto "cura personalis," or care of the whole person. I recognize that each individual is unique and therefore will have distinct goals for his or her care. The care I provide is deeply rooted in compassion and patience, allowing me to understand the goals of my patients fully.“I’m always available to collaborate with referring physicians in the care of a patient.”
