Dr. Fraser received a B.A. in mathematics from Cornell University. She received her Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Health Science Center where she was an AOA nominee. Dr. Fraser performed her OB/GYN Internship at the SUNY Health Center and her OB/GYN Residency at the Albany Medical Center. Dr. Fraser came to LCGH from a private practice in the Finger Lakes region where she was the Attending physician with full admitting and surgical privileges at Nicholas H. Moyes Memorial Hospital. Dr. Fraser is currently accepting new patients at Womens Health Services, located in the Medical Arts Building on the main campus of LCGH.
