Christopher J. Joseph, DO, FACS is a Shenango Valley native. Dr. Joseph is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, receiving his certification in 2012. He completed his undergraduate degree at Allegheny College in Mathematics. He then attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Joseph performs plastic surgery of the eyelids and face and has an excellent understanding of ocular and facial anatomy.
This allows him to provide precise treatments tailored to the individual patients’ unique facial anatomy, delivering the best results possible. Dr. Joseph is fellowship-trained in LASER cataract surgery and in the use of advanced technology lens implants (IOLs). He is fellowship-trained in multiple Micro-Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS) techniques, including Istent. He is also trained in Oculoplastic surgery. He uses his advanced training to offer the most high-tech eye care and cosmetic care available.
