Dr. Foster Dr. Foster received his B.S. Degree from BYU and his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then completed his residency at the University of Arizona, followed by a 2 year fellowship specializing in neonatology. He enjoys caring for sick and well infants and helping them make a healthy transition into an active and healthy childhood. He and his wife Mikelle have 2 girls and a boy. Dr. Foster enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors.
