Dr. Chirag Rajyaguru ("Dr. Raj") joined Community Health Network from Chicago, IL, where he trained at Advocate Christ/UIC Chicago in advanced heart failure and transplant, as well as pulmonary hypertension. He received a doctor of osteopathy degree from A.T. Still University, and completed his residency and fellowship at UCSF Fresno, CA. Dr. Raj has special interests in advanced heart failure, left ventricular assist devices, pulmonary hypertension, exercise hemodynamics, and cardiac sarcoidosis. Dr. Raj is married and has two young children. Family is everything to him and they all look forward to experiencing everything Indiana has to offer. Outside of spending time with his family, Dr. Raj enjoys playing soccer, exercising and traveling.
