Charles Essex, MD, attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wis. He completed his residency at Deaconess Hospital also in Milwaukee, Wis. He served as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, providing medical care while based in Cherry Point, N.C. He then spent several years in private family practice in North Carolina, Idaho and Alaska before coming to Oregon. Dr. Essex offers comprehensive health care for all ages from preventive care to the treatment of illness.
