Brief Intro

Known as Mina by family but as Dr. B by the staff and her long-term patients, she was the original member of the practice before it even became Dawson Pediatrics. She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in BS Biology at the University of the Philippines then received her medical degree at the University of the East. She did her pediatric residency training at Winthrop University Hospital in Long Island, New York. In 1999, Dr. B was hired by Chestatee Regional Hospital to establish a pediatric office in Dawsonville. When her employment ended in 2004, she was offered positions in other places but she decided to stay in the community where she got married, raised her kids and made lasting friendships with many of her patients.
