Dr. Brian C. Brill, Jr. is an Internal Medicine physician who is also a Diabetologist certified in Advanced Diabetes Management solely devoted to diabetes and diabetic care.
He founded Tele-Medicine Housecalls and began seeing diabetic patients in 2020; since then, Tele-Medicine Housecalls has been transformed into the Sugar Doctor.
Dr. Brill has treated patients in various settings to include: outpatient, inpatient and Emergency room where diagnosing many newdiabetics out of the Emergency Room, he saw a glaring gap intimely Diabetic patient follow up care; specifically, newly diagnosed diabetics could not be seen by Endocrinology for three to six months or longer!
Due to these travesties, he sought extra training in Diabetes and his staff began the diabetes subspecialty practice with the catchy name,”Sugar Doctor“ and a nonprofit educational and developmental resource called, “Sugar School."
