Dr. Ann Fay was born and raised in the Kansas City area. She recieved her undergraduate degree from Smith College, in Massachusetts. She attended dental school and periodontal residency at the University of Missouri in Kansas City.  She lives in the Kansas City area with her family of five. In 2007 she became board certified by the American Board of Periodontology.
