Andrew C. Clemmons, D.O.Dr.Clemmons received his medical degree from North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth (Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine) 1987.Completed internship and general surgery residency at Dallas – Ft. Worth Medical Center in Grand Prairie, Texas.Established private practice in Victoria, Texas in 1992. Joined Victoria Surgical Associates in 1998. He has appointments to many of the areas hospitals Citizens (CMC), Cuero (CCH), Detar Hospital , Memorial Medical Center-Port Lavaca (MMC), and Yoakum (YCH). Also staff membership to Triumph Hospital and Warm Springs Victoria. Dr. Clemmons serves on committees at Citizens and Detar Hospitals. Previous Chief of Surgery at Detar Hospital. Currently member of Trauma Committees and provides care to trauma patients at both Citizens and Detar Hospitals. He is Chief of biweekly Breast Cancer Treatment and Planning Conference. Serving on the Executive Committee at Citizens Medical Center .Chief of Staff Citizens 2005-2007. Dr. Clemmons has been Board certified in General Surgery since 1994 by the American Board of Osteopathic Surgery. ATLS Certified.
