Dr. Davis graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Science from the University of California at Los Angeles. He received his Medical Degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California and was an Intern in Orthopaedic Surgery at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Davis completed his Residency at the Boston University School of Medicine Orthopaedic Research Laboratory and the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Boston University Medical Center both under the guidance of Dr. Thomas Einhorn. He was fellowship-trained in Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA under the direction of Mark Steiner, MD. Dr. Davis specializes in the most innovative surgical treatment options for sports related knee and shoulder injuries. During his fellowship training, Dr. Davis worked as an assistant Team Physician for the Boston Celtics and for the Tufts University Football and Hockey programs. He is currently involved in orthopedic research on ACL anatomy and new techniques for the repair of ACL injuries using an anatomic approach.
