He finished his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas in Houston and pursued a Pain fellowship at the same university's Galveston campus. With two board certifications and two decades of comprehensive knowledge under his belt, Dr. Narwani has mastered the art of diagnosing and treating chronic pain. He acknowledges that each patient experiences pain differently, which allows him to craft individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs. His welcoming approach attracts patients from all walks of life, and he accepts various insurance plans to ensure wider access to his services. His discussions with patients are always transparent and honest. Dr. Narwani treats an array of pain symptoms, including spinal related pain, arthritis, headaches, sciatica, spinal compression fractures, and complex neuropathies, by optimizing and combining medications with interventional therapeutic pain procedures. He and his team firmly believe in integrated care, utilizing advanced procedures such as trigger point injections, Epidural steroid injections, Radiofrequency Ablations, Kyphoplasty, Spinal cord stimulator, among others, to minimize chronic pain. With primary offices in Gilbert, Tempe, and Casa Grande, his patients travel from all over the valley, including Maricopa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.
