Brief Intro

Dr. Schaper attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison Medical School and then completed her Residency and Chief Residency years at the University of Iowa prior to returning to her home town of Milwaukee. She practiced here with the Westgate Medical Group for 7 years prior to joining the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2006. She is board-certified in general internal medicine and has a special interest in medical education-to students and residents as well as her patients. She believes strongly in empowering her patients through knowledge to help them take charge of their medical problems. Dr. Schaper supports physician activism and has been a regular volunteer physician at the Greater Milwaukee Free Medical Clinic since her return to Milwaukee.
